hilarious! I've gotta share this with my SIL whom is a behavioral therapist and her clients are always calling her when her phone has mysteriously disappeared!
Genius! I love it. I can so relate to it. The shower one made me LOL . . . I understand strategically putting the phone close enough to reach from the shower but far enough away to keep from getting splashed while wiping my hands and ear off to answer . . . and I just have ONE calling me all the time! Love ya, Lady!
It only gets worse as you get older. I swear I can NEVER find my phone. I often wonder if it plays games on me like yours does. Now I know there is some sort of secret society of phones who like to f*#$ with their owners. Wonder if it's a specific manufacturer?
I can so relate to checking the alarm on it each night! I also get into big fights with it when it goes off at 2am and I cannot figure out how to turn it off! I hit it and the alarm clock as well until my husband tells me it is your cell phone. So thankful for it too...remember when we were children and there were no cell phones?? Seriously, how would we manage with our D-kids at school all day? I would have to stay home all day and sit next to the rotary dial phone. :-)
Too funny and so real! :) Can you imagine what we would do without our cell phones?! I'd never leave the house, waiting for Jack or the school nurse to call.
LOL, this was so funny. I'm not nearly this bad, but have been known to lose my phone quite often. I actually left my last phone on an airplane and lost many pictures that hadn't been downloaded yet :( Hopefully that will never happen again. Love your blog by the way.
HIlarious! I think my phone must laugh at me-I call myself to find my phone all the time! : ) Even if I run in the kids' school, I take it, even though I only want it in case her nurse calls! Crazy. Addicted much? Love your sweet blog! : ) Holly
So I've been thinking of creating a thing that will attach the phone to me- kinda like what little kids don with their mittens. Cuz I always forget where my phone is!!
I remember when I did not have a cell phone and would stay in the house all day so I could hear the phone if the school called....when I got a cell it was like being set free......
hahahaha LOVE THIS POST!! too cute!!

ReplyDeleteI like your phone!
The whole "mute" mode has messed with me on more than one night. I am quite familiar with the "cold sweat" you speak of friend. xoxo
ReplyDeleteLove it. I guess we can all relate!
ReplyDeleteMy roommate and I always misplace our phones...and our keys! Cute & funny post :)
ReplyDeleteToo funny Meri!! I needed the laugh today :) I'm guessing all D Momma phones are related, because my cell phone is definetly a T3 in our house!
