When in college I actually did my senior psych thesis on this very topic (Biofeedback) and know that it helped tremendously in my mothers fight with breast cancer. When my dad passed away suddenly 12 years ago, I wrote him a 20 page letter...Had to say all the things I never did but wished I had; good and bad.
